What is Amarte Home?
Amarte pronunced “ah-mahr-teh” home, is a self-care brand rooted in the belief "El arte sana meaning art heals." We create handcrafted goods that make any environment feel more like home. From original artwork, candles, journals, stickers, care packages, home goods, and a monthly snail mail club. Each piece is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and practice intentional self-love. Every piece is made with love (con amor), blending ritual, storytelling, and art into everyday healing.
Are Amarte Home products handmade?
Yes. Amarte's products are designed with intention and created in collaboration with fellow artisans, so slight natural variation between pieces (in color, texture, or finish) is normal and part of the handmade character.
What is the Sin Prisa Snail Mail Club?
Sin Prisa ("without rush") is Amarte's monthly snail mail subscription. Each month, members receive a curated envelope in the mail with a personal letter, an original postcard print, a sticker sheet, a surprise activity, and a curated playlist — all designed around a theme of presence, nostalgia, and creative reflection. It's a small, physical reminder to pause, poco a poco (little by little).
When will I receive my first Sin Prisa snail mail letter?
It depends on when you sign up. If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, you'll receive that month's letter. If you sign up on or after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month. For example, an order placed on or before June 14 receives the June mailing; orders placed June 15 or later receive July's edition.
Can I cancel my snail mail subscription anytime?
Yes — there's no commitment. You can cancel anytime. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next billing date; once a charge has processed, that cycle will still be prepared and shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they ship. We ship via USPS and UPS, and delivery time varies by location once the order leaves our hands.
For Sin Prisa Snail Mail subscribers specifically: mail ships once a month on the 15th, and U.S. members typically receive their envelope within 3–10 days, depending on USPS and location. Occasionally mail can take up to 2 weeks — if that happens, just email us and we'll make it right.
What if my package or letter doesn't arrive?
Email us at hola@amartehome.com and we'll make it right — either by resending your item or issuing a refund for that month. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct on your order receipt, as we're not able to reship items sent to an incorrect address.
What is your return and refund policy?
As a small, handmade business, all sales are final — we don't offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. The one exception is shipping damage: if your item arrives damaged, email hola@amartehome.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and your order number, and we'll do our best to make it right because you have worked hard to get this and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
