Snail Mail Subscription TermsBy purchasing a Snail Mail subscription from Amarte Home, you agree to the following:Billing & RenewalSubscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize Amarte Home to charge your payment method automatically at the selected interval. Your subscription will continue until canceled.Shipping & FulfillmentEach Snail Mail delivery is prepared with care and intention. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on location.CancellationsYou may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once a charge has been processed, that cycle will still be fulfilled and shipped.RefundsAll subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has been processed.Non-Delivery / IssuesIf your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will review and work to resolve the issue.Changes to SubscriptionWe reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the subscription offering at any time.
Limitation of LiabilityAmarte Home is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses related to misuse of products
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered”

- You will receive a tracking number
- We are not responsible for carrier delays
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered”
Incorrect AddressCustomers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
