Description
Face your shadows, find your light.
Some of the most important conversations we'll ever have are the ones we have with ourselves.
The Cúrate Mijita Moon Journal was created as a space to slow down, let your thoughts unfold, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve to be heard.
Inspired by the phases of the moon and the journey of shadow work, its artwork serves as a reminder that, just like the moon, we are still whole even when we can't see every part of ourselves.
Fill these pages with your thoughts, dreams, fears, affirmations, or the things you're still learning to let go of. There is no right or wrong way to begin. Just come as you are, mijita.
Because healing isn't about becoming someone new. Sometimes, it's about finding your way back to yourself.

about amarte
Amarte is a creative project born from the belief "El arte sana" which translates to "Art Heals."
Founder Patricia Galceran-Coli designs collections that merge tradition with self-love, ritual, and emotional expression. She turns healing into something tangible, through prints, ceramics, journals, and care packages made with deep intention, in collaboration with fellow artisans.
She share's her story because she believe's creativity isn’t just a talent, it’s a way of life.
If you’ve ever felt like your art didn’t matter, or like it was too late to come back to yourself, she hopes her work reminds you:
"You can start again. You can turn your pain into power."
"You can get curious again. And claim what’s always been yours."
